Some proposals are romantic, some are extravagant, and then there are those that take romance to new heights—literally! Nikhil had a vision for his proposal to Pranali, and when he told me he wanted to do it via helicopter, I knew this was going to be one for the books.

From the moment they stepped onto the tarmac, Nikhil and Pranali looked like they had stepped straight out of a dream. Dressed to the nines, their excitement was contagious as we prepared for the flight. As the helicopter soared over Auckland’s coastline, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The deep blue ocean stretched endlessly, while the rugged cliffs of Bethells Beach created a dramatic contrast against the golden sand below.

When we landed, the secluded beauty of Bethells Beach provided the perfect setting for this once-in-a-lifetime moment. As Nikhil dropped to one knee, the look of surprise and joy on Pranali’s face was priceless. Overcome with emotion, she even shed a happy tear, completely taken aback by the thoughtful and grand gesture. The moment was intimate, heartfelt, and absolutely perfect against the backdrop of the endless horizon and crashing waves.

After the proposal, we took advantage of the incredible scenery to capture some stunning engagement photos. The blue skies, their impeccable outfits, and the overwhelming joy of the moment all aligned to create pure photographic magic. Back on solid ground, Nikhil had one more request—he wanted a photo with his prized possession, his car. And of course, I was more than happy to oblige! It was the perfect way to wrap up an epic proposal adventure.
